No. Your CVs and entries are permanently saved to your account regardless of subscription status. Only downloads and design changes are paid features. Data is deleted only when you close your account.

After signing in, go to Subscription and click "Cancel Auto-Renewal". You will keep access until your current billing period ends, and the next renewal will not be charged.

Yes. RTF (Rich Text Format) opens in Microsoft Word, LibreOffice, Google Docs, and most word processors. Korean text is encoded with Malgun Gothic to display without breakage.

Currently, deleting a published CV invalidates its link. Delete published CVs from the Dashboard → Output tab. A separate private toggle feature is planned for a future update.

All your CVs, profiles, entries, and published outputs are immediately deleted upon account closure. Payment records are retained for a period required by accounting regulations. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Yes for the free-form CVs and personal statements that Korean companies typically request. However, the HWP format and standard Korean resume templates that some companies mandate require separate documents. HWP output is planned for a future update.

Yes. You can create multiple CV outputs from one account, each with different sections, designs, and titles. The Personal plan has no limit on the number of outputs.

Payments are processed through Creem, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment platform. ChocoV does not store card information directly — Creem handles it according to PCI standards.
