Chapter 1. General Provisions

Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of these Terms is to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and its Members regarding the use of the Service provided by the Company.

Article 2 (Definitions)

• Service: Refers to all services provided by the Company for creating, managing, and sharing online resumes (CVs) and portfolios.
• Member: A person who agrees to these Terms, registers for an account, and uses the Service.
• Paid Service: Optional premium features available upon payment (e.g., specific subscriptions).

Chapter 2. Service Usage & Obligations

Article 3 (Member's Obligations)

Members must not engage in the following acts. Violation may result in account suspension:

• Infringing on the intellectual property rights or personal information of others.
• Uploading illegal, obscene, or defamatory content.
• Distributing malware or attempting to hack the Service.
• Impersonating company staff or administrators.

Article 4 (Content Responsibility)

The Company is not responsible for any damage arising from the Member's decision to publicly share their CV link (Short Code) with third parties. Members are responsible for managing the privacy of their own data.

Chapter 3. Payments & Refund Policy

Article 5 (Refund and Cancellation)

1. Right of Withdrawal:
Members may withdraw their subscription and request a full refund within 7 days from the date of payment, provided that they have not used any Paid Service features (e.g., have not downloaded a resume or generated a public link).

2. Non-Refundable Cases:
Refunds are not available in the following cases:

• If 7 days have passed since the payment date.
• If the Member has already used the Paid Service features (e.g., content download, link generation).
• If the account is suspended due to a violation of these Terms (e.g., illegal content).

3. Cancellation:
Members can cancel their recurring subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

Chapter 4. Termination

Article 6 (Termination & Data Retention)

Upon termination of the agreement (withdrawal), the Company may delete the Member's data after a 30-day grace period to prevent accidental loss. After this period, restoration is not possible.
